David McQuillen

David is a pioneer and internationally recognized innovator in the Customer Experience Movement. Currently Senior Vice President and Head of Customer Experience at OCBC Bank in Singapore, David has a rich background in market research, experience design and customer culture development across retail, corporate and private banking. Previously, he was the Director of Customer Experience for Credit Suisse in Zurich, Switzerland, which he joined after acting as Customer Experience Officer for E-Invest, and online brokerage.

Previously, he was a Senior Consultant with Accenture’s Strategic Services division in London, New York and Atlanta. David is also the Founder and CEO of The Sufferfest, a producer of cycling workout videos and clothing. Founded in 2009, The Sufferfest has become a beloved global online cycling brand with its eclectic mix of sports science, entertainment and a community of passionate Sufferlandrians.
